How InternDuniya collects and uses account, profile, and application information, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, account type, optional phone number, password hash, account status, and sign-in or verification records.
  • Candidate information: the profile details you add, such as location, career stage, introduction, education, skills, experience, projects, certifications, professional links, career preferences, and uploaded resumes.
  • Recruitment information: saved roles, followed companies, applications, your selected resume, cover letter, answers to application questions, and recorded application or interview activity.
  • Employer information: company details, associated account holders, opportunity information, and documents provided for company administration.
  • Communication and technical information: alert searches, email preferences, notifications, support information you provide, and server or security records. Requests to the website can include an IP address, browser details, and the time of access.

Provide only information relevant to your account or application. Avoid putting identity documents, financial details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a resume or free-text field.

How we use information

We use information to create and maintain accounts, provide profile and application tools, show opportunity and company information, record recruitment activity, and deliver communications you request. We also use it to respond to support requests, protect accounts, investigate misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Profile and career details support your use of the portal. An application is a request to share the information submitted for that opportunity with the company recruiting for it.

Sharing and visibility

Company profiles and published opportunity information are visible to visitors. Candidate profiles are currently accessed through the signed-in candidate workspace. The profile visibility setting stores your preference; it does not currently create a public candidate page.

Applications are associated with the relevant company and its authorised employer accounts. Your selected resume and submitted answers are retained with the application. Changing a visibility preference does not withdraw an application or recall information already shared.

Website hosting, storage, and email providers may process information needed to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect users. Employers handle information they receive for recruitment under their own responsibilities and policies.

Cookies, browser storage, and external services

The portal uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and support security checks. Blocking this cookie can prevent account features from working. The optional remember-email setting saves your email address in browser storage on that device. Clear it by turning the setting off or clearing website data in your browser.

Pages load typography from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request those files, which exposes connection information to Google. You can read more in Google's Privacy Policy. Links to company websites, portfolios, or other external services take you to websites with their own privacy practices.

Your email choices

Job-alert emails use the search and email address you provide. Where verification is requested, delivery begins after the address is confirmed. Use the unsubscribe link in an alert email to stop that alert.

Signed-in users can manage application-email, company-update, and deadline-reminder preferences in Notifications. Account verification and password-reset messages support account access and security and are separate from optional updates.

Storage and security

We use password hashing, access checks, private upload storage, and other technical controls to protect information. No website or transmission method can eliminate every risk. Keep your password private and sign out of shared devices.

Account and recruitment records remain stored while needed to provide the service, maintain application history, address disputes, or meet legal obligations. A resume attached to an application cannot be removed through the ordinary resume-delete control. Contact us if you want the associated information reviewed for deletion. Backups and records subject to legal requirements may need separate handling.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

You can update supported profile fields and preferences in your account. For access to your information, corrections you cannot make yourself, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or a privacy complaint, contact us below. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account before acting.

We will review requests in line with applicable requirements and explain any information that must be retained. Withdrawing information needed for an account or application can limit the corresponding service. Please contact the employer separately about copies already received by them.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or its information practices change. The date on this page identifies the latest published version. Material changes affecting how your information is used will be brought to your attention where required.

Privacy questions and requests

Direct privacy questions and requests to the InternDuniya website operator. State that your request concerns privacy and include your account email and the information or action concerned. Do not send your password, payment details, or unnecessary identity documents.
